About the Role

Are you a connector? Someone who loves a good pitch? As a Sponsorship & Partnership Support volunteer, you’ll help us grow relationships with local businesses, venues, gear rental shops, film schools, theaters, and beyond — turning community into opportunity.

This role is ideal for anyone with nonprofit experience, a sales/BD mindset, or just a natural ability to build relationships.

Requirements

What you’ll do:

  • Identify and research potential sponsors or community partners

  • Help draft outreach emails, sponsorship one-pagers, and follow-up messages

  • Assist with maintaining a contact list and tracking communications

  • Join calls or meetings with potential partners (optional)

  • Help secure event space, discounts, or cross-promotions


What you’ll get:

Time commitment:
